Gin

Henry Giraud

In collaboration with Maison Henri Giraud, one of Champagne’s most distinguished and independent houses, we present our MV20 cuvée, bottled exclusively under the Create label.

This elegant champagne reflects the same finesse and sense of purpose that define our table. It is a wine of precision and character, crafted by a house whose dedication to terroir and tradition resonates deeply with our own values.

Chocolate

Create Brunus Chocolate Bar

A collaboration between Chef Guido Braeken and master chocolatier Geert-Jan Heesterbeek. Brunus is a filled white chocolate bar with a flowing caramel finished with sudachi rice vinegar, and a gianduja of roasted almonds and Japanese puffed rice from Gunma.

Create Persum Chocolate Bar

Persum is a filled chocolate bar with a gelée of sakura, shiso vinegar and Thai basil, and a chocolate ganache of cherry and verveine.
