To ensure the finest possible experience for every guest, we kindly ask that you observe the following.

Reservations
Lunch reservations without an overnight stay open nine months in advance. Dinner reservations without an overnight stay open four weeks in advance. Reservations that include an overnight stay at Van Oys Maastricht Retreat grant early access to our booking calendar.

Dietary requirements
We kindly request that any dietary requirements are communicated in writing at least 48 hours prior to your arrival. Requests made upon arrival cannot always be accommodated and may result in a supplement per course.

Due to the nature of our menu and culinary philosophy, we are unable to accommodate the following dietary requirements: vegan, sugar-free, salt-free, citrus-free, egg-free, without onion, and without garlic.

Weekend dining
On Friday and Saturday evenings, we exclusively serve the Create weekend menu (12 experiences, €245). A la carte and other menu formats are not available on these evenings. Should you prefer fewer courses, this can be arranged; the menu price remains unchanged.

Group dining
Parties of five or more are kindly invited to select from our menu offerings rather than the a la carte. Parties of seven or more may be seated across two tables. For groups of ten or more, we kindly ask that you contact our events team at sales@vanoys.com.

Arrival
We ask that you arrive promptly at your reserved time. Our menu is composed as a progression, and timely arrival allows us to deliver the experience as intended.

Children
Our restaurant is not suitable for babies and young children. As a guideline, we recommend a minimum age of 12 years.

Dogs
Dogs are not permitted at Create, with the exception of certified assistance dogs.

Personal wines
Should you wish to bring a bottle of your own for a special occasion, a corkage fee of €60 applies per 0.7-litre bottle.

Special occasions
Celebrating a birthday, promotion, retirement, or planning a proposal? We would be delighted to discuss a fitting arrangement. For birthdays, our patissier prepares a bespoke cake for you to take home at the end of the evening. Please inform us of your wishes at the time of booking.
