As Chef de Rang, you share responsibility for the seamless execution of service at Create.
Leading by example is not a suggestion, it is the standard.
You are entrusted with delivering a fine dining experience of the highest calibre, inspiring your colleagues through your own passion and dedication.
You welcome every guest at a five-star superior level.
You collaborate closely with the Maitre d'hotel, Chef Guido Braeken, and the sommelier.
You continuously evaluate service processes to implement improvements where needed.
You are also jointly responsible for cash handling procedures.
You have successfully completed an MBO or HBO Hotel School qualification.
You possess outstanding communication skills in Dutch and English, and speak at least French and/or German, preferably both. Any additional language is considered an asset.
You are able to guide and direct service according to the rhythm of the guest and the kitchen.
You have a hands-on mentality and thrive in a dynamic environment where multitasking and maintaining composure are essential.
You bring a warm, engaging personality with an impeccable appearance, and your approach is guest-oriented and of the highest integrity.
You are proactive in identifying and resolving issues to ensure a flawless guest experience.
Your eye for detail drives you to consistently exceed expectations, always willing to go the extra step.
Above all, you are a team player who is motivated not by individual achievement, but by collective success.
A four-day working week, ensuring sufficient time for your personal life.
